1. APPLICATION

These terms govern the sale by JESENT Ltd (the seller trading under Easy Window Box) to YOU (the buyer) of Products ordered by you and accepted by JESENT Ltd. 
The buyers acceptance of the Products shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms.

 

2. ORDERS

 

All orders placed by YOU are subject to acceptance by JESENT Ltd.
JESENT Ltd reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct errors on the website & refuse orders at their discretion, without limitation. Except as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law, YOU may not cancel an order which JESENT Ltd has accepted without the agreement in writing of JESENT Ltd, which requirement may be waived by JESENT Ltd from time to time at their sole discretion.

 

3. DELIVERY / SHIPPING

 

JESENT Ltd will endeavour to deliver your order within 2-5 working days (UK) if item is in stock or 5-14days. Else if the item is made to order, please allow up to 14 days. This may be subject to seasonal variations and certain periods when JESENT Ltd closes for annual leave. JESENT Ltd shall not be liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of your order.

 

Track and Trace/ signed for (depending on which courier we are using at the time of order)

• Allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery if item is in stock or up to 14 days for items made to order.

• (UK Mainland) other areas that are not UK mainland please contact us.

• Please notify us of any delivery note for parcel so we can try and accommodate your request

• TIP: the best way to check shipping costs to your destination is to add items to your shopping basket and then go to the check out page, input your location and  we can then calculate fee.

 

EUROPEAN TAX Collection

At easywindowbox.com we want your buying experience as easy and stress free as possible, that's why when ordering from EU Countries we add your local tax to your order, BUT we will contribute to the "admin fee" the courier adds for this service, so your order gets to your door without any hidden charges. So when you have added your items to your basket and headed to the check out page your local taxes are added, clear, simple and straight forward. We then book your parcels and pay for this DDP (delivery duty paid) Any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

EXPORT TAX & DUTIES For USA/ Canada

USA = 

CANADA = Unfortunately there is an 15% IMPORT Tax duty for us to pay when shipping to Canada- so when ordering from Canada you will see an increase to your cart/ basket at checkout- we take this 18% and then are able pay the IMPORT TAX when it is due with the shipping company- therefore no hidden surprises at your end and we can make a smooth delivery for you.

USEFUL SHIPPING INFO

• Once we have received and checked your order we will then, pick, pack and dispatch it ASAP.

• We use "Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Small/ Medium parcel signed for 1kg+ for UK or other suitable couriers when necessary.

• USA, Canada, Other Locations: International Courier is used with FULLY trackable service i.e FedEx or UPs etc

• Please allow up to 5-14days for delivery and check emails for trackable link, thank you.

4a. PAYMENT

All payments for Products are to be made in UK Pounds sterling. YOU must pay for the Products at the time of ordering. JESENT Ltd reserves the right, by giving notice at the time the order is placed, to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to themselves which is due to any factor beyond their control. Payment is to be made through Stripe or PayPal gateways (we prefer Stripe payment gateway as there transaction fees are much lower than PayPal's fees).

 

4b. REFUND/ RETURNS

Any refund requests please contact us, we hope to resolve any issues before this motion has to be triggered. But a refund will be made once your item is delivered back to JESENT Ltd in original packaging and item is checked over by JESENT Ltd, but you, the customer will be required to pay for any courier costs to get your item returned to JESENT Ltd, its your duty to check any potential postage/ shipping fees before making a purchase. Original price paid for your item(s) minus our courier fees (from approx £5.00 to £49.99+ depending on what items were purchased and from where in the world)  A re-stocking fee of £10.00 will be calculated and minus off your total refund amount due to you, the customer, to cover admin/ restocking costs that we have to deal with.

5. Liability

 

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit JESENT Ltd's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability to the extent that the same may be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Without prejudice to the previous sentence, JESENT Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising & whether caused by the negligence of JESENT Ltd, breach or non-performance or any of the obligations under these Terms or otherwise. These Terms set out the full extent of JESENT Ltd's obligations & liabilities in respect of the sale of the Products. In particular there are no conditions, warranties or other terms, expressed or implied, as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other kind whatsoever, that are binding on JESENT Ltd except as specifically stated in these Terms. Any condition, warranty or other term concerning the sale of these Products, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated within these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. If YOU are a consumer the exclusion of terms implied by law will not apply to you.

 

6. General Conditions

 

JESENT Ltd shall not be liable to YOU for any loss or damage which YOU might suffer arising from JESENT Ltd's delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfill any obligations under these terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond JESENT Ltd's reasonable control. These Terms & any terms appearing on any other form to which these terms apply constitute the entire agreement between YOU & JESENT Ltd relating to the Products. The failure of JESENT Ltd or YOU to enforce any of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or enforceability of any clause of these Terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No amendment, variation or addition to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by JESENT Ltd. These Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be settled by the English courts.

 

7. Defined Terms

 

Easywindowbox is a trading name under "JESENT Ltd" (the seller) based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire 
"YOU" (the buyer) means the purchaser of any Product(s) from JESENT Ltd
"Terms" means these Terms & Conditions of sale.
"Products" means any product listed on this website for sale for which YOU place an order which is accepted by JESENT Ltd

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All our website payment methods are safe and secure. We use Stripe and Paypal payment gateway systems for credit/ debit card purchase through our website.

If you desire to purchase over the phone we use the SumUp payment system, you will have to provide your mobile number please, where a text message or email will be sent to you so you can follow the safe payment instructions. Once payment received, we will process your order. Thank you.
